How did you become involved in gluten-free business?: *:	Two near death experiences before being diagnosed a Celiac and the high cost of gluten free foods to maintain a healthy life style was our initial introduction to the gluten free business. God put it upon our hearts to develop a gluten free flour that was an easy "Cup for Cup" exchange with WBRO, while at the same time being affordable. To that end, God has guided our footsteps to presenting a rock solid product in performance and the ability to be the industries "Low Cost Producer". Our motives from the beginning have never been driven by high margins, we pledge 100% of the company profits to God's Kingdom. We give God all the glory for our success. Our prayers are to create a "Patient Advocate Program" for those stricken with Gluten Intolerance and unable to maintain a healthy life style because of their low income. Being of service to our brothers and sisters afflected with Celiac Disease and other Gluten Intolerances is our utmost desire.
